Piracy is a short video which was made to promote the release of Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny. It was uploaded to the official film website and New Line Cinema's YouTube channel in early 2006 by New Line Cinema.

- It was made alongside Sell Your Soul and For the Ladies. Piracy and Sell Your Soul of these would be featured on the exclusive bonus DVD to Best Buy stores in February 2007. However, For the Ladies is not included.
- Due to the film website no longer existing, it can only currently be found on New Line Cinema's YouTube channel.
