This is a list of incidents which has occurred at Tenacious D shows throughout the years. This list also includes festivals the bands have performed at. This list does not include minor incidents in the crowd or cancelled shows.

November 24th 2006 - UIC Pavillion, Chicago

A stage-hand was seriously injured and fell off the stage. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company and The American Insurance Company both insured Tenacious D. The stagehand was setting up a strobe light for one of Tenacious D’s subcontractors, Ed & Ted’s Excellent Lighting Inc, and eventually settled his suit for $1 million.

December 13th 2011 - Western Springs Stadium, Auckland, New Zealand 

Whilst touring to support the Foo Fighters on their Wasting Light tour, earthquakes were caused by the loudness of the concert. The first signs of the earthquake-like tremors appeared during Tenacious D’s opening set, and they would continue throughout the Foo Fighters set. No known injures were recorded.

July 28th 2012 - House of Blues, Las Vegas

A fight ensued at a show near the front of the stage, a man was stabbed and injured. The band had to cut their set halfway through the show so the police could investigate.

June 2016 - Rock am Ring Festival, Germany

Lighting occurred at Rock am Ring festival in 2016, injuring 71 people, 15 of which seriously. The band were just abut to come on, but were told to stand off. A few moments later, they were allowed to perform, and played a shorter concert.
