Michael Joe Bray is an American singer, guitarist, drummer and songwriter, best known as the lead singer of both the Kyle Gass Band and Wynchester.
Bray first appeared on-stage with Tenacious D in a cameo as 'Sasquatch' at the Sasquatch Music Festival in 2012. He would reprise this cameo several times throughout the year, before being the support act for a one-off Tenacious D show in Cleveland for 'Rock the Vote' later that year. In 2013, he would become the full-time support act as Sasquatch for Tenacious D's Old School Acoustic Style tour, and then would also portray 'The Metal' at some Tenacious D dates. He released his solo EP titled 'Sas Comes Alive' in early 2013.
In 2015, Bray would reprise his opening act role as Sasquatch for the band's 'Unplugged & Unprotected' Tour. In 2016, Bray would portray Satan at four European dates. In 2022, Bray would reprise his Metal costume, and in 2023 would appear as 'Biffy Pyro' during the band's Spicy Meatball Tour.
