JR Reed (born as Jason William Reed) is an American actor, singer, and comedian, best known for his role as Lee in Tenacious D.
Outside of Tenacious D, Reed has featured in many motion-pictures and television shows, including Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Alias and Black-ish.
He also performed in Trainwreck before their split in 2010, and then has since reprised his role since the band's reformation in early 2018.
