The 'Friends 4 Ever' Medallion is a prop used in the third HBO episode, Angel in Disguise. It is given to Kyle by Jack as a gift, primarily to symbolise their friendship. Following a robbery at Captain Ed's Records, Kyle jumps in-front of Jack to prevent him getting shot by the mugger. The bullet strikes Kyle's chest. It later transpires that the bullet was dodged, as it hit the medallion.

- Kung Fu Nation sold a replica medallion in the early 2000s through the official Tenacious D webstore.
- The medallion design was reused in 2006 for The Pick of Destiny Tour as laminates for tour passes.
