Consult with the Devil was a fictional internet series, which was released to hype Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny before it reached cinemas. The show mainly consisted of correspondence between the Executive Producer for the film, disgruntled Satan, and the film's director, Liam Lynch.

Episodes Edit

Lynch is reviewing production footage with Black and Gass, when he gets a phone call from Satan, who he calls "the big cheese". Lynch returns to his production trailer where he dawns a cape and says a demonic prayer and is summoned to hell to meet Satan. Lynch reports on strange activity happening on set. Satan warns Lynch not to disappoint him on the production and dismisses him.

Lynch uses a power-note to make Tony disappear, and his subsequently summoned to hell for doing so. Satan then tells Lynch that he has seen the final cut of the film, and that he loves it. Lynch is then told "welcome home" and is left to permanently reside in hell.
